Christmas Tree Sale Schedule
Slots are 3 hours in length (3 1/4 on Friday and Saturday evening). First come, first served based on the instructions below. The 5 pm slots on weekdays and the 9:30 am slots on weekends open the tree sale so you will need to know the lock combination. The last slot everyday will lock up the tree sale - it is recommended that only experienced families open or close the tree sale.
Open the slot calendar below, click a time slot on the calendar and then click on the Register button. Fill out the resultant form with Last name, Email and Contact phone number. You will receive a registration email and then a reminder email 24 hours prior to your slot. You will receive an alternate CANCELLATION email if you attempt to register for a slot that overlaps in time with a previous slot that you registered for. Save the email you receive for the slot registration because it has instructions on how to cancel your registration in case you have a schedule conflict - please try to cancel at least 2 days ahead so we have time to get a substitute family.

If this is your first time for the tree sale, we recommend you select a time with another experienced family.
Operating times are the same as last year. The church has requested that we not officially start selling trees until 1pm on Sunday. We will be open and sell trees starting at 9:30am, but will not advertise opening until 1pm, so the 9:30-1pm time period will largely be used to clean up from the Saturday sale, consolidate and organize for later shifts. All the trees are tagged with a color coding to identify there sale price. Please take a moment to look over the price board so it will be easier to assist customers. Everyone’s cooperation is needed to make this a successful sale.
